 We had a stress management programme in the morning by Jobi Sir. It was a very useful one and helped us to control our stress to an extent with activities and meditation.

 Today we started our assembly @sharp 9:15 am with a prayer song by Sr Ranit Jose and me. Followed by news reading and pledge by Devika and Manjima respectively. Thought of the day was given by Arathy. The assembly was concluded with Principal's note by Joju s ir.

Today our Natural Science Department has conducted an awareness programme named "Solidarity declaration"- Hands on wall, related to Anti- Corruption Day. Introductory speech was delivered by Arathi and Devika. Our Shiney Mam inaugurated the function by lighting the candle. We all are glad that we got an oppurtunity to create an awareness among students😍.

Today our department has celebrated World Soil Day by making posters and created awareness about soil erosion and problems of soil pollution. An experiment was demonstrated by Sruthy related to soil erosion showing the importance of vegetation in nature.🥰

 Today George Sir has taught new asanas like yogamudra and dhanurasana. In second period Maya Mam has given us opportunity to discuss about the topic of Indian culture and the last hour ended with dancespiration class💃💃.
